
Grilled Baked Cheese with Berry Mint Salad
Ingredients
- 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
- 3/4 cup strawberries, chopped
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped mint
- 1 tsp honey
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Heat your grill to medium heat. While the grill is preheating, slice and chop all your ingredients.
- Slice The Big Moo into bite sized pieces. Once the grill has preheated, place the cheese cubes directly on the grill. Grill 2–3 minutes per side, until the cheese is golden, crisp, and heated through.
- to assemble the salad, whisk together honey and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Add in berries and mint, then stir to combine.
- Once the cheese has cooked, arrange The Big Moo on a platter and top with the berry mint salad.
- Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm, and enjoy!
