We recommend the skillet, grill, air fryer, or oven, but the microwave works well in a pinch. The key is to use medium heat and flip the cheese occasionally. The outside should develop a sear or crust while the inside heats evenly to an internal temperature of 155-165 degrees Fahrenheit.

You should put your cheese in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives. The only exceptions are if you want to freeze it or if you just can’t wait. In that case, just heat and eat it immediately (we get it!).

Yes, we will provide a shipping tracking number so you can monitor your cheese's every move from Wisconsin to your door.
We do our best to keep your cheese cool throughout transit by using an insulated box and gel packs so it stays as fresh as possible. That said, there's no need for immediate concern if your cheese is not cool when you open the box. We highly recommend putting the cheese in your refrigerator immediately. If there are quality concerns, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.
Yes! The exterior box is fully recyclable. The insulation used is a natural biodegradable material that will break down over several months in the landfill. The gel packs can be reused in personal coolers, etc.
No, we do not ship cheese if it were to be in transit or delivered on a major holiday to ensure your cheese's freshness. Major holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
We use 2 Day shipping exclusively and occasionally, this service, unfortunately, does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. But we will do our best and let you know!
