
Golden Baked Cheese with Honey & Thyme
Ingredients
- 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp water
- fresh thyme sprigs (for garnish)
Directions
- Slice The Big Moo into bite sized pieces.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Cook the cheese for about 2–3 minutes per side, until it’s golden and crisp.
- To make the honey glaze, combine honey, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and warmed through, and add fresh thyme to the glaze.
- Arrange The Big Moo on a platter and drizzle with the honey glaze. Garnish with more fresh thyme.
- Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy!
