Golden Baked Cheese with Honey & Thyme

Ingredients

  • 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp water
  • fresh thyme sprigs (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Slice The Big Moo into bite sized pieces.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Cook the cheese for about 2–3 minutes per side, until it’s golden and crisp.
  3. To make the honey glaze, combine honey, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and warmed through, and add fresh thyme to the glaze.
  4. Arrange The Big Moo on a platter and drizzle with the honey glaze. Garnish with more fresh thyme.
  5. Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy!
