Baked Cheese Charcuterie Christmas Wreath
Ingredients
- 2 6oz packages of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
- salami
- black olives
- mini pickles
- cherry tomatoes
- fresh rosemary sprigs
- large toothpicks
Directions
- Gather all antipasto items. Chop, slice, or cube anything that needs it.
- Slice The Big Moo into 1-inch cubes, or use a cookie cutter to make festive star shapes if desired.
- Cook The Big Moo according to package instructions—about 6-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and heated through.
- While the cheese is warm, thread the cooked cheese and other antipasto ingredients onto large toothpicks. Arrange the skewers in a wreath shape on a large round platter or serving board.
- Tuck rosemary sprigs evenly around the wreath for a festive touch.
- Enjoy right away while the cheese is still warm, and enjoy!
