Baked Cheese Charcuterie Christmas Wreath

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Gather all antipasto items. Chop, slice, or cube anything that needs it.
  2. Slice The Big Moo into 1-inch cubes, or use a cookie cutter to make festive star shapes if desired.
  3. Cook The Big Moo according to package instructions—about 6-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and heated through.
  4. While the cheese is warm, thread the cooked cheese and other antipasto ingredients onto large toothpicks. Arrange the skewers in a wreath shape on a large round platter or serving board.
  5. Tuck rosemary sprigs evenly around the wreath for a festive touch.
  6. Enjoy right away while the cheese is still warm, and enjoy!
