In a word, quality. Did you know it takes 8 pounds of milk to make 1 pound of THE BIG MOO? No mass-produced milk for THE BIG MOO; we use only local milk from small family farms in Wisconsin with no added growth hormones. We hand-make each block in small batches so we can assure every block is cheese perfection.
And, we're shipping this product cold via 2 Day Express in environmentally sensitive packaging, ensuring it arrives at your home as fresh as the day we made it.
Each block measures 4" x 6" x .5" and weighs 6 oz. Plenty for three-four people or one big eater.
Yes, THE BIG MOO is 100% cheese. Our Oh So Original flavor is made from only three ingredients: milk from local family farms, enzymes, and salt.
The minimum order quantity for THE BIG MOO is three blocks of cheese because of shipping constraints.
We currently ship two days a week.
- Your cheese will ship on Monday if you place your order by Sunday at 5:00 pm CST.
