Shipping policy

We currently ship THE BIG MOO two days a week to the 50 states, even Alaska and Hawaii!

- Your cheese will ship on Monday if you place your order by Sunday at 5:00 pm CST.

- Your cheese will ship on Wednesday if you place your order by Tuesday at 5:00 pm CST.

We use FedEx 2 Day delivery exclusively. Your cheese should arrive by 8:00 pm, two days after it ships. Please note that FedEx does experience shipping delays; we will do everything to ensure your cheese arrives as intended.

To ensure your cheese's freshness, we do not ship to be in transit or delivered on a major holiday. Major holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Please note that once THE BIG MOO leaves our dock and is in the hands of Fed Ex, we have no control over the delivery timing and shipments may be delayed.
