The Big Moo Grilled Veggie Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 8oz package of The Big Moo - Roasted Garlic
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 6-8 mini bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. While the grill is heating, wash and split the zucchini lengthwise and cut into 1-inch chunks. Split the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems.
  3. Add the vegetables to a bowl and toss in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill The Big Moo according to package instructions. After 5 minutes, add the vegetables to the grill and let cook for 5 minutes per side. Avoid flipping often, we want grill marks!
  5. Transfer The Big Moo and vegetables to a platter and enjoy!

*Note: This recipe can be made using a cast-iron skillet
