How to Make Spicy Teriyaki Glazed Bacon Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Onion, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 8 Pieces of Bacon, cooked
  • 1/4 Cup Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon in the oven according to the package instructions, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Cut The Big Moo into 8 even cubes.
  3. Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces.
  4. While the bacon is cooking, mix the BBQ sauce and sriracha to create a glaze.
  5. Place an onion slice on each cheese cube and wrap with a piece of cooked bacon. Skewer for stability.
  6. Grill the cheese bites over medium heat, brushing with BBQ glaze occasionally, for about 7-8 minutes until the cheese begins to soften.
  7. Finish with one more brush of glaze and enjoy!
