Ingredients:
- 3 Blocks of The Big Moo - Bakin' Bacon

- 1 Large Tomato, Sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ketchup & Mustard (optional, for serving)

Make it your own! Customize these cheeseburgers with your favorite toppings, dressings, and sauces—think avocado slices or onions, spicy sriracha mayo, or a tangy burger sauce to create a burger that's uniquely yours!
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- While the grill is preheating, wash and slice your tomato into thin slices. Similarly, wash and separate your iceberg lettuce into "bun-sized" pieces.
- Cook the burger patties to your desired level of doneness, typically 4-5 minutes per side for medium. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the cheese on the grill according to package instructions, about 7-8 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Once the cheese has cooked, slice it in half using a pizza cutter or knife.
- To assemble the cheeseburgers, layer one burger patty along with a grilled slice of The Big Moo Baked Cheese and tomato.
- Optionally, add slices of pickle and drizzle ketchup and mustard.
- Top your burger with another iceberg lettuce leaf to act as the second half of the bun.
You can enjoy these protein-style cheeseburgers at any gathering, from casual family dinners to cookouts with friends. They're versatile enough to be the star of the show or a great addition to a larger spread.
