
Loaded Big Moo Baked Potato
Ingredients
- 1 6oz packages of The Big Moo - Bakin' Bacon or Roasted Garlic
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- tin foil
- butter (optional, for topping)
- 1/4 red onion, chopped (optional, for topping)
- sour cream (optional, for topping)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Using a fork, poke a few holes in each of the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and wrap in tin foil.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet, and bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until the potato is fork-tender and the skin is crisp.
- While the potatoes are baking, cut The Big Moo into small pieces, about 1/4-1/2 inch. Additionally, chop up your other toppings.
- Cook the cheese according to package instructions, about 6-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Once the potatoes have finished baking, slice open each potato, fluff the insides, and serve with desired toppings including The Big Moo.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
