Hot Honey Baked Cheese Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
  • 3 pittas
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pepper to taste
  • hummus
  • tzatziki 
  • pomegranates seeds (optional, for topping)
  • mint (optional, for topping)

Directions

  1. Cut The Big Moo into strips or bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Cook the cheese for about 2–3 minutes per side, until it’s golden and crisp.
  3. Spoon in the chili crisp and drizzle with honey. Let it bubble for another minute or two, turning the cheese so it gets evenly coated.
  4. Warm the pitas in the oven or microwave until soft and pliable.
  5. Spread hummus and tzatziki over each pita. Top with the hot, honey-chili Big Moo, a few pomegranate seeds, and fresh mint.
  6. Serve right away while the cheese is still warm, and enjoy!
