
Hot Honey Baked Cheese Pita
Ingredients
- 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
- 3 pittas
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 1 tbsp honey
- pepper to taste
- hummus
- tzatziki
- pomegranates seeds (optional, for topping)
- mint (optional, for topping)
Directions
- Cut The Big Moo into strips or bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Cook the cheese for about 2–3 minutes per side, until it’s golden and crisp.
- Spoon in the chili crisp and drizzle with honey. Let it bubble for another minute or two, turning the cheese so it gets evenly coated.
- Warm the pitas in the oven or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Spread hummus and tzatziki over each pita. Top with the hot, honey-chili Big Moo, a few pomegranate seeds, and fresh mint.
- Serve right away while the cheese is still warm, and enjoy!
