Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich

The ultimate Keto Gluten-Free sandwich! THE BIG MOO  paired with black forest ham and spicy brown mustard, a match made in sandwich heaven.  

Ingredients

    • 1 8oz package THE BIG MOO OH SO ORIGINAL
    • 6oz sliced black forest ham
    • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard 

Directions

    1. Slice THE BIG MOO once in half and again lengthwise, to half its thickness. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Use each quarter as a slice of bread. Build as if making a sandwich, spread the mustard on one side of each slice, add the ham, and top with another slice of cheese.
    3. Transfer to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until the cheese is molten and golden brown.
    4. Slice diagonally and serve while hot!
