
Everything But The Bagel Keto Bites
Combine the moreish goodness of baked cheese with Everything But The Bagel seasoning for the perfect Keto breakfast or snack.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- One block THE BIG MOO flavor of your choice!
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
- Oil or water for dipping
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Cream cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut your BIG MOO into cubes.
- Brush the cheese with water or oil. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning directly onto cheese.
- Place the cheese in the air fryer for 4 minutes per side minutes at 350 degrees, shaking the basket and cheese halfway through.
- If you would like smashed avocado to compliment your BIG MOO, cut a ripe avocado in half and use the back of a fork to smash until tender. Add extra Everything but the Bagel seasoning to avocado mash.
- When BIG MOO has cooked remove from air fryer, and enjoy with avocado.
