What is Baked Cheese?
Baked Cheese comes from the Scandinavian bread cheese family! Whether you grill it, fry it, bake it, or give it a sizzle in a skillet, this cheese gets crispy on the outside, melty and ooey-gooey on the inside.

How to Make Crescent Cheese Mummies
Ingredients:
- 1 Block of The Big Moo - Cheesy Pizza
- 1 8oz package of refrigerated crescent rolls
- Black olives
- Marinara sauce - optional, for serving
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F
- As your oven preheats, slice The Big Moo into 8 even sticks and set aside.
- Pop open your can of crescent rolls and spread into a sheet. Slice the sheet into small strips. These will be the "mummy wraps"
- Roll dough strips around each cheese stick, creating the look of a mummy. Leave room for eyes.
- Place on cheese mummies on a sheet pan and bake for 11-15 minutes until the crescent rolls have been cooked through.
- As the mummies cook, cut small circles out of the olives. These will be the eyes. We used a metal straw to cut out the shapes.
- Once the cheese mummies have finished cooking, remove from the pan. Using a toothpick, make indentations for the eyes. Press the olives into the eyes holes.
- Serve with marinara and enjoy!
