How to Make Cilantro Lime Cheese Tacos with Avocado & Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients:
- 2 Blocks of The Big Moo - Hoppin’ Jalapeño
- Small Flour Tortillas
- 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
- Green Goddess Dressing
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lime (optional, for topping)
- Cilantro (optional, for topping)
Make it your own! Get creative with your toppings and explore options like pico de gallo, chipotle sauces, and salsas!
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice The Big Moo into 1/2 inch strips and prepare according to package instructions.
- While the cheese warms, make the coleslaw dressing. In a small bowl, combine coleslaw mix and green goddess dressing. Toss the coleslaw with the dressing and slice avocado into bite size pieces.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or wrap them in foil and warm in a toaster oven for a few minutes.
