Cheesy Loaded Totchos

Ingredients:

  • 1 Block of The Big Moo (Any flavor is delicious, but we used Oh-So Original)
  • 1 Bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup green onions
  • Hot sauce, for drizzling
  • Sour cream, for drizzling

Make it your own! Customize these loaded totchos with your favorite toppings, dressings, and sauces.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven and cook the tater tots on a baking sheet according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. While the tots are baking, cut The Big Moo Cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Once the tots are done, transfer them to a cast iron skillet, layering them with the cheese cubes. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 450 °, or until the cheese is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with chopped cherry tomatoes and green onions. Drizzle with sour cream and your favorite hot sauce for an extra kick.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the cheesy, crispy goodness!
