
Cheesy Loaded Totchos
Ingredients:
- 1 Block of The Big Moo (Any flavor is delicious, but we used Oh-So Original)
- 1 Bag of frozen tater tots
- 1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup green onions
- Hot sauce, for drizzling
- Sour cream, for drizzling
Make it your own! Customize these loaded totchos with your favorite toppings, dressings, and sauces.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven and cook the tater tots on a baking sheet according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
- While the tots are baking, cut The Big Moo Cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- Once the tots are done, transfer them to a cast iron skillet, layering them with the cheese cubes. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 450 °, or until the cheese is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped cherry tomatoes and green onions. Drizzle with sour cream and your favorite hot sauce for an extra kick.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the cheesy, crispy goodness!
