
BLT Cheese Bites
How to make Our BLT Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 Block of The Big Moo - Bakin’ Bacon

Cherry Tomatoes
- Romain Lettuce
- Chipotle Aioli (optional, for serving)
- Toothpicks (for serving)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F
- Cut The Big Moo into 1 inch squares. Place the cheese cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- While the cheese is cooking, prepare the cherry tomatoes by slicing them in half and slicing the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Once the cheese is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly
- To assemble, skewer a piece of romaine lettuce, a cherry tomato half, and a cube of the cooked cheese onto a toothpick.
- Serve the BLT Cheese Bites with a side of chipotle aioli for dipping.
