How to make Our BLT Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F
  2. Cut The Big Moo into 1 inch squares. Place the cheese cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  3. While the cheese is cooking, prepare the cherry tomatoes by slicing them in half and slicing the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Once the cheese is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly
  4. To assemble, skewer a piece of romaine lettuce, a cherry tomato half, and a cube of the cooked cheese onto a toothpick.
  5. Serve the BLT Cheese Bites with a side of chipotle aioli for dipping.
