  • Red Onion, cut into pieces
  • Red Bell Pepper, cut into pieces
  • sesame seeds, options - for topping

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut The Big Moo Baked Cheese into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Thread the skewers with alternating pieces of cheese, mushrooms, red onion, and red bell pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together bbq sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, Korean chili paste, and rice wine vinegar until well combined.
  4. Brush the skewers generously with the sauce. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred and the cheese is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and brush with any remaining sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
