
Baked Cheese Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Cheesy Pizza
- 1 french baguette, sliced into ¾ inch slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, removed from the stems
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Slice baguette, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10 minutes.
- To make the bruschetta, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil in a bowl. Mix and set aside to marinate.
- Slice The Big Moo into 6 equal pieces. Cook the cheese according to package instructions, about 6-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Layer one piece of toasted bread with a slice of The Big Moo. Top with tomato bruschetta and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
