Baked Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 6oz package of The Big Moo - Cheesy Pizza
  • 1 french baguette, sliced into ¾ inch slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, removed from the stems
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Slice baguette, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. To make the bruschetta, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil in a bowl. Mix and set aside to marinate.
  4. Slice The Big Moo into 6 equal pieces. Cook the cheese according to package instructions, about 6-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  5. Layer one piece of toasted bread with a slice of The Big Moo. Top with tomato bruschetta and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
