How to make Bacon Wrapped Cheese Dogs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Block of The Big Moo - Oh-So Original
  • 1 Pack of HotDogs
  • 1 Pack of bacon
  • Hot dog buns
  • Romain lettuce (optional, for topping)
  • Red onion (optional, for topping)
  • Tomato slices (optional, for topping)
  • Ketchup (optional, for topping)
  • Mustard (optional, for topping)

Make it your own! Customize these hotdogs with your favorite toppings, dressings, and sauces—think avocado slices or pickled jalapeños, spicy sriracha mayo, or a tangy sauce to create a hotdog that's uniquely yours!

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. While the grill is preheating, slice the Big Moo cheese into 6 strips.
  3. Slice and butterfly the hotdogs
  4. To assemble, place on slice of cheese in the sliced hotdog. Wrap the hotdog with two slices of bacon, securing in place with toothpicks.
  5. Once the cheese dogs have been assembles, grill for about 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally until the bacon is cooked through.
  6. Once the hotdogs are cooked through, pull off the grill and add your favorite toppings.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
