Everything But The Bagel Keto Bites

Combine the moreish goodness of baked cheese with Everything But The Bagel seasoning for the perfect Keto breakfast or snack.

Serves 2

 

INGREDIENTS

  • One block THE BIG MOO flavor of your choice!
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
  • Oil or water for dipping
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • Cream cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS

    1. Cut your BIG MOO into cubes.
    2. Brush the cheese with water or oil. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning directly onto cheese.
    3. Place the cheese in the air fryer for 4 minutes per side minutes at 350 degrees, shaking the basket and cheese halfway through.
    4. If you would like smashed avocado to compliment your BIG MOO, cut a ripe avocado in half and use the back of a fork to smash until tender. Add extra Everything but the Bagel seasoning to avocado mash.
    5. When BIG MOO has cooked remove from air fryer, and enjoy with avocado.

            • No Air-fryer? No worries! We recommend cooking to package instructions before assembling the bites! You can heat on a skillet on medium heat for 6-7 minutes, Grill it for 7-8 minutes, or Bake it at 475 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Check out our preparation page for more details!
